Eddy is a clinical and counselling psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience in working with children, couples and families. As a clinician who is familiar with the operations of systems he has acted as a consultant to many organisations who are devoted to the care of children and families and has specialised in providing ‘medico-legal’ reports on child development and family dynamic issues.

He has led numerous workshops and training events for professionals on themes related to these clinical issues and is a recognised author on family therapy and psychotherapy.

As a longstanding meditator and Buddhist practioner, Eddy is an approved teacher of mindfulness practice and meditation.
