Mindfulness Practice & Spiritual Counselling

Eddy is a longstanding meditator and a Buddhist practitioner within the Chan tradition following the lineage of Chan Master Sheng Yen. He is a senior member of the Western Chan Fellowship continuing his training as a retreat leader with his teacher Dr John Crook.
He is authorised to provide meditation and mindfulness instruction and does so both within and outside of a Buddhist perspective. He has specialised in offering training to counsellors and psychotherapists who wish to develop and extend their experience of mindfulness.
